To make
a confirmed reservation during a Holiday, your stay must be paid
in full in advance. Your request for a holiday reservation will be
held for 3 days. If we have not received your payment within that
time, your reservation will be canceled.
Cancellation policy during holidays:
10 days prior to your dog's drop off date - full refund.
5 days prior to your dog's drop off date - 50% cancellation
fee.
3 days prior to your dog's drop off date - 100% cancellation fee.
